An Up-And-Coming Photographer

I'm very proud to be able to share some photographs on this Blog of an up-and-coming artist. I won't say who the artist is until the end (no peeking!).

I find this artist's work to be a bit surreal. The artist does a great job of placing emotion into the images. These photographs are interesting--they say something--and are certainly not run-of-the-mill.

So what do you think?

Were you moved by any of the images? Did any of them impress you? Did you get inspired?

Are your photographs as good as these?

Now I'll let you in on a little secret: these photographs were taken by a four-year-old girl (my daughter, in fact). She used a toy digital camera that is far inferior to most cell-phone cameras.

The lessons to be learned are 1) your camera does not matter at all and 2) if your images are not as good as these, you really need to worry much more about becoming a better photographer and much less about what equipment you are using (or want to use).
