Photographs of Joshua Trees

Living near the Mojave Desert in California affords me the opportunity to frequently photograph a unique tree variety that is found only in a few places across the world: the Joshua Tree. This tree is similar in some ways to a yucca plant, and it has also been confused with palm trees.

These photographs were captured over the last two years using a bunch of different cameras, including the Sigma DP2 Merrill, Pentax K-30, Samsung NX200, Samsung NX210, and some other cameras, including a cell phone. I won't bother with which images were captured with which cameras, because it is not important. Vision is important, not cameras.
