|Shapes of Abandonment - Lancaster, California|
Near the William J. Fox airport in Lancaster, California is an empty abandoned home. All of the windows are boarded up, but the front door has been removed. There isn't a whole lot interesting to see on the inside.
Because of the home's proximity to the airport, my guess is that the city purchased the house either because of an airport expansion or because of excessive noise complaints. No one has lived there in a while, and not much of anything was left behind. It's just an empty house.
It may be an ordinary, boring place, but I was still able to create a few interesting photographs. Photographic vision made that possible.
